Terms
IN EFFECT SINCE JANUARY 1, 2026

What this site is, and what it is not.

Use of this site implies acceptance of the terms below. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you not use it.

Nature of the site

This site presents the property management services of GEMA Properties, and it is addressed to owners.

It is not a booking portal, it shows neither availability nor rates, and it does not let anyone book a stay. Neither is it an offer of sale: the homes this office manages are not for sale nor for direct rental through this site.

The private valuation

The estimate we send after a request is an informed estimate, prepared with the information you give us and with our own operating data. It does not constitute a performance promise, an income guarantee, or a binding offer.

The figures shown on this site as examples — statements, occupancy, rates — illustrate the format of our reports. They do not represent the result of any particular property, nor a result you should expect for yours.

Contractual relationship

No management relationship arises from this site. The management of a property is governed exclusively by the written contract signed between the parties, which prevails over any content published here.

Intellectual property

The visual identity, the texts, the photographs, and the code of this site are the property of GEMA Properties or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Availability

We work to keep the site available and its content accurate and current, without that constituting a guarantee. We may modify or suspend any part of the site without prior notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Estados Unidos Mexicanos (the United Mexican States). For their interpretation and performance, the parties submit to the competent courts of the domicile of GEMA Properties, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with address at {domicilio fiscal}, waiving any other venue.

This English text is provided for your convenience. The Spanish version of these terms is the one that governs, and it prevails over this translation.
