This notice is issued under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP, Mexico's federal personal data protection law) and its regulations.
The party responsible for processing your personal data is GEMA Properties, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with address at {domicilio fiscal}.
Only what you write in the private valuation request: your first name, your last name, your email address, your WhatsApp number, the number of properties you wish to place under management, and the type of property. If you also ask us to call you, when you would prefer us to do so; that last field is optional, and leaving it empty does not prevent you from sending the request.
We do not collect asset data, financial data, or sensitive personal data through this site. We do not buy databases, and we do not obtain your data from third parties.
To prepare the estimate you requested and to write to you once with the result, within the following 48 hours. That is the primary and necessary purpose.
If a management relationship comes out of that conversation, the same data is used to draw up the contract and to operate the property. There are no secondary purposes: we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not send you commercial communications you have not asked for.
With no one for commercial purposes. Your data is not sold, not transferred, and not published.
It is shared with our infrastructure providers only to the extent necessary for them to serve us — site hosting and the contact management system — and they process it on our behalf and under a duty of confidentiality. It is shared with the authorities when a legal provision requires it.
When you send the request, your email address and your WhatsApp number are transmitted to Meta encrypted by an irreversible procedure, together with your IP address and the technical identification of your browser. It serves to recognize whether the request originated in an advertisement. Meta receives neither your first name, nor your last name, nor the number of properties, nor the type of property, nor anything you may have written to us about the call.
If the valuation does not lead to a contractual relationship, we keep your request for twelve months and then delete it. If it leads to a contract, the retention periods are the ones set by applicable tax and commercial law.
You may at any time access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it, or object to its processing — the derechos ARCO (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition) — and you may also revoke the consent you gave us.
To exercise them, use the private valuation request on this site, writing the word ARCO and the right you wish to exercise in the Type of property field. We ask for that route, rather than the WhatsApp contact we also publish, because it leaves a written record of the date and the content of your request; it is answered within a maximum of twenty business days.
We will reply in writing. If your request is well founded, it takes effect within the following fifteen business days.
This site uses two measurement tools, both from third parties and both using cookies: Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they read, and the Meta pixel, which lets us know whether a valuation request originated in an advertisement. Neither of them knows your name.
Alongside them, a technical marker is kept that keeps the entrance animation from repeating during the same visit; it is erased when you close the tab, and it identifies no one.
You may block these cookies from your browser settings, or with an extension that does it for you. Blocking them does not prevent you from sending the valuation request, and it changes neither the reply you will receive nor the time in which we will write to you.
Any change is published on this same page, with the effective date updated. We recommend that you read it before sending a request.
